At Punarjani Ayurveda Hospital, we are committed to providing high-quality healthcare services and ensuring customer satisfaction. This refund policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds of our services and products.

2. Consultation Services

2.1 Initial Consultations

  • Full refund available if cancelled 24 hours before the scheduled appointment
  • 50% refund if cancelled between 12-24 hours before the appointment
  • No refund for cancellations less than 12 hours before the appointment
  • Emergency cancellations will be considered on a case-by-case basis

2.2 Follow-up Consultations

  • Full refund available if cancelled 12 hours before the scheduled appointment
  • No refund for cancellations less than 12 hours before the appointment
  • Rescheduling is preferred over cancellation when possible

3. Treatment Packages

3.1 Package Cancellations

  • Full refund minus used sessions if cancelled before starting treatment
  • Pro-rated refund based on remaining sessions if cancelled during treatment
  • No refund after completion of 75% of the package
  • Medical necessity cancellations may qualify for full refund

3.2 Package Modifications

  • Package upgrades: Pay the difference in cost
  • Package downgrades: Refund the difference minus 10% administrative fee
  • Session transfers to other treatments may be allowed with approval

4. Ayurvedic Medicines and Products

4.1 Unopened Products

  • Full refund within 30 days of purchase if unopened and in original packaging
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • Products must be returned in saleable condition

4.2 Opened Products

  • No refunds for opened or partially used products
  • Exceptions may be made for defective products
  • Quality issues must be reported within 7 days of opening

4.3 Custom Formulations

  • No refunds for custom-made Ayurvedic formulations
  • These are prepared specifically for individual patients
  • Cannot be resold or reused

5. Wellness Programs and Retreats

5.1 Program Cancellations

  • Full refund minus 10% administrative fee if cancelled 30+ days before start
  • 50% refund if cancelled 15-30 days before start
  • 25% refund if cancelled 7-14 days before start
  • No refund for cancellations less than 7 days before start

5.2 Early Departures

  • Pro-rated refund for early departures due to medical emergencies
  • No refund for early departures for personal reasons
  • Unused services may be credited for future use

6. Refund Process

6.1 Requesting a Refund

  • Submit refund request in writing via email or in person
  • Include reason for refund and relevant documentation
  • Provide original receipt or proof of payment
  • Allow 5-7 business days for review

  • Approved refunds processed within 10-15 business days

  • Opened or partially used products
  • Gift certificates and vouchers

  • Full refunds may be provided for medical emergencies
  • Medical documentation may be required
  • Case-by-case evaluation by management

8.2 Service Quality Issues

  • Immediate refunds for service quality issues
  • Complaints must be reported within 24 hours
  • Investigation may be conducted

8.3 Natural Disasters

  • Full refunds for cancellations due to natural disasters
  • Government travel advisories qualify for full refunds
